Works on Linux and Windows 11 (Windows needs OpenSSH Server running and an administrator account). Logs in, installs Glances as a service, and adds the server here. Credentials are used once and never stored.

When to notify

Server stops responding for Minutes

Repeat a reminder every N minutes while an alert stays active (0 = never)

Recovery emails are always sent. The password is stored on the dashboard server only and is never shown again.

Alert when a metric stays above/below a value for a number of minutes. Metric names accept *, e.g. fs.*.percent.

Pull Home Assistant entities into the dashboard (graph them, alert on them)

Numeric sensors (and on/off entities as 1/0) appear as a server called "Home Assistant" you can pick in the sidebar, graphs, and alert rules. Create the token in Home Assistant under your profile → Security.

In Home Assistant, add an automation with a Webhook trigger using this ID. The alert text arrives as trigger.json.message (and trigger.json.events has the details), so you can send a phone notification, flash a light, and so on.
